Inspired by the poetic imagery of Joni Mitchell’s "Refuge of the Roads," the Gulf of Mexico Scarf by Kieran Foley is an exploration of color, texture, and rhythm. This long, skinny scarf features a rustic garter stitch chevron that is as relaxing to knit as it is beautiful to wear.

This workshop is perfect for those looking to master the art of marling—the technique of holding two different strands of yarn together to create a unique, painterly fabric.

In this workshop, you will learn:

Materials Needed:

• 5mm (US 8) needles - bring yours or buy some in the shop
• about 280 yds of fingering weight yarn in 2 different colors.
